what is wod balm?

WOD BALM is a company I started in 2013. I make All Natural bodycare products. For the past few years, I have been focusing most of my marketing attention towards crossfitters. My products are great to help with athletic recovery, but they are powerful, all natural remedies whether you work out hard or not.

I most thoroughly believe in the power of plants to treat illnesses and cure diseases. As a Registered Nurse, I have been heavily educated in the healing practices of western medicine. In all my studies and all my time in the hospital, I saw that most people get sick from preventable causes.

While none of us can really control what happens to us in this life, I'm dedicated to giving myself, and the athletes that workout at my gym...and athletes around the world who use my products and watch my videos ... I am dedicated to giving all of us the best chance possible to stay healthy, mobile and independent well into old age.

My experience has taught me that a healthy diet and exercise will give you the best shot possible at this excellent outcome.​
